im in italy finally managed to get online on this site. havent got long tho. ive been doin okay. swimmin half a mile to a mile in the pool every day. definitely look lots slimmer. am about 153-154 now. i did get down to that the monday before i went away but then i binged just before i came to italy and was up to like 158 or so i think. andnow ive got back down. im aiming to be 149.6/8 for next tuesday. about 3 1/2 pounds to lose. im trying to do baically this for the next few days:
B- nothing
L- nothing
D- small salad or whatever is being cooked etc. try get out of it.
sometimes its different. maybe a peach instead..likeat lunch..and nohting for dinner. but i think i can lose 3.5 pounds. wev got a massive 5 course italian meal again tomorrow tho so im trying to think of ways round it cos they cooked one for us mon and wed although both times even thou i ate so much (literally had to cos its was rude not to ..there was no way out) i actually lost 2 lbs both times. so ...haha i dunno.
i think the swimming did it. it workin well for me.
anyway im gonna try my hardest to get out of meals and not give in or binge either. and then when i get back im full on in ana mode. i have my shopping list ready. ill post it when i have my diary with me. its stuff like:
Diet coke and other diet sodas, lettuce, cellery, carrot, mustard, salsa, vegi burgers, turkey slices, apples, clemetines/satsumas, plums, rice cakes sugar free gum/mints/sweets etc.. and few other things like that but thats basically it. and also green tea.

i wish i liked coffee. goddammit.
nehoo. better get off here. havent got time to reply to other ppls posts right now but when i get home ill do all of that. im home next mon night. so ill be on tuesday
